Last night night's ride was a late afternoon spin down through Edgemont, Macewan, Sandstone and Beddington and back over Nose Hill returning to Citadel via the Hamptons with the lights. It was a short spin, 21km, normally I won't ride that short but since I was hit I'm taking it day by day. The shoulder was pretty sore especially when climbing out of the saddle. Today was much better I rode 50 km mostly out in the Bearspaw area and the farmland north of that. I plan on riding to work as much as I can, but its great to get good training rides outside as much as possible.
